Take it or Leave it was popular and ddurable, running more than a decade in the same timeslot, outlasting five masters of ceremonies, and setting the mold for the most famous of TV quizzes, The $64,000 Question. The main difference between the radio and TV series was that Take it dealt in dollars, not thousands, and took itself far less seriously.
