Chesterfield Time was the forerunner of the better known and more durable Chesterfield Supper Club series. The fifteen minute musical show had its initial broadcast on October 17, 1944 and was heard three times weekly over the CBS network. Some sources list this series as Music That Satisfies, a title used earlier by a 1932 program.
Martin Block emceed the program, the vocalists were Johnnie Johnston and Monica Lewis, and the orchestra was directed by Paul Baron.
