Are You A Genius? was a low budget quiz program with a different twist. Rather than studio contestants answering questions for cash or prizes, the radio listener at home was given the opportunity to answer and award themselves the title of genius for a score f ninety or better or the title of assistant genius for a minimum score of seventy-five. The show aired over the CBS network as a fifteen minute program heard Monday through Friday from April of 1942 through January of 1943.

Ernest Chappell and Art Linkletter served as quizmasters. Fred Feibel and Walter Gross provided the music, and Jerry Wayne vocalized while the listener puzzled over the answers.
