THE ADVENTURES OF SAM SPADE first took to the airwaves as a summer series in 1946 over ABC stations. It became a regular on CBS that same year in the fall. It's interesting to note that the regular series on CBS started before the summer series ended on ABC. Note that show 13 is listed after show 14 on the list below, to keep the ABC Summer series together.
